Skills, tracing, decisions and the free audit—what is available and what still needs review.
What is a skill?
A skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file: reusable instructions for one kind of task. Slancha’s current installation flow supports Claude Code.
What can I use today?
Upload a skill, review its security scan and diff, and have a person approve it. Premium session mining can draft a proposal from your team’s sessions; an admin enables it and approves each use of the workspace’s model provider.
Does Slancha score skills or guarantee savings?
No. Skills and drafts are not scored, and Slancha does not attribute improved outcomes to a skill. A security scan and human review decide whether a version can be published.
Does installing skills turn on tracing?
No. The default setup installs the skill plugin without tracing. Tracing is a separate opt-in with administrator approval. The free audit uploads the single file you choose; read its privacy notice before uploading.
Do approved skills automatically roll out?
No. A published version is available to your workspace. Install or update a named skill deliberately, then use slancha status to check its revision. Local edits are preserved unless you explicitly force an update.
Can I use custom decision models now?
Decision pilots require access arranged with Slancha. Contact us to confirm the supported workflow. The new account workspace is under review; public self-serve onboarding and model-weight downloads are not available.
What does the free audit give me?
Recorded patterns, model workload observations and likely-secret counts from one uploaded trace. Findings appear in your browser; the email includes a short summary, the full readable safe audit and supplementary JSON. Observations do not establish root causes or expected savings.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. Pricing for teams is not published yet; contact contact@slancha.ai. Premium session mining is a separate workspace capability.
